Freescale i.MX21 and Cirrus Logic cs8900a Patches for Linux Kernel 3.7

A bit of work I did 3 years ago to provide board support for the i.MX2 based ASD01 WEMS programmer.  Hopefully someone can make use of this patch for their own project.
